BASIC ESTATE PLANNING PACKAGES

  • Standard simple/basic Will (not including testamentary discretionary trusts)

  • Enduring Power of Attorney (one per person)

Choose this package if you need a basic Will and Enduring Power of Attorney.

A basic Will is most suitable for people who have a net estate value of less than $500,000.00 (including superannuation and life insurance) and who want to leave their estate to one person (such as a spouse) with simple substitute gifts to others if the first person dies (such as children).

ULTIMATE PEACE OF MIND PACKAGES

$2,475 inc GST

$3,300 inc GST

  • Standard Testamentary Trust Will and/or complex gifting clauses in will

  • Enduring Power of Attorney (one per person)

Choose this package if asset protection (relationship breakdowns, financial mismanagement, bankruptcy of your beneficiaries) is important to you.

This package is most suitable for people who have a net estate value of more than $500,000.00 (including superannuation and life insurance) and who want to provide for the next generation in a way that facilitates asset protection and flexible taxation treatment of an inheritance.
